Last year we shot an engagement session for a couple from New Jersey, and right off the bat we could tell we were going to love them. Their wedding took place in Montreal because the bride is originally from there, but i can honestly say that there was an equal abundance of Lloyd’s family and friends there as well who all crossed the border to celebrate with them. This speaks volume of how loved their are.

In her speech, Thuy openly admitted to wanting a much smaller wedding, but as names kept adding on, they very quickly realized that every single person (all 200 of them) has impacted their lives in some way, shape or form that could not be denied. And so, as the guest list grew, so did their hearts.

That very heart was showcased into every little detail of their carefully thought out wedding. It was not just about them, it was also about their loved ones. Present or not, Thuy and Lloyd found a way to include everyone on their wedding day, whether it be through texting, a Skype session, or most heartfelt of all, a quick stop in her big white dress to see her grandfather who could not attend. Their family and friends are true reflections of who they are: kind, thoughtful and loving.

Thuy and Lloyd, we have found in you a new set of friends. You are such a joy to be around and we could not be happier to have been apart of your wedding day.
